The Albany Symphony Orchestra continues its mission of showcasing today's stars, enlivening cherished works and promoting new music with its recently announced 2013-14 season. For stars, how about acclaimed pianist Andre Watts? Watts has been an international sensation since his 1963 debut with the New York Philharmonic. He won the 1964 Grammy for best new classical artist, and has been a frequent soloist in the Capital Region, having played with Albany Symphony Orchestra in 1995 and frequently with the Philadelphia Orchestra at Saratoga Performing Arts Center.
